Elizabeth Arden

We were instrumental in the launch of Match, a haircare line for Elizabeth Arden. We named the line and the individual products, designed the packaging, wrote the copy, and developed the marketing and merchandising materials.

The story of our creative development process was featured in Fast Company magazine.

Starbucks

We were asked to develop a package for the Starbucks Express limited-edition train. We thought it would be nice to add a commemorative poster, created in a style evoking the golden age of rail travel. The box is printed both inside and out to form a diorama.

Our favorite part is the back of the box, to be honest. (Any time you have the chance to make a typographic train you should go ahead and take it.)

Alexander Julian, Inc.

As Alexander Julian’s branding and marketing consultants, we were responsible for refining and overseeing the image of the company. We worked with a variety of licensees in creating packaging, advertising, sales, and merchandising materials.

A/X: Armani Exchange

Packaging and merchandising materials for a new line of stores for Giorgio Armani. Our responsibilities included the development of boxes, shopping bags, tags, in-store signage, and a logo for Armani Jeans.

The program was implemented in a nationwide rollout and was featured in Time magazine’s “Best of the Year” issue. Created in association with Weiss, Whitten, Carroll, Stagliano advertising.

El Palacio de Hierro

Identity and packaging program for Mexico’s leading group of luxury department stores. We took the existing logo of the 115 year-old company and created a signature color scheme and graphic format for all identity, packaging, and communication materials. 

The program was featured as a case study in Fast Company magazine.

Design of a comprehensive packaging program for the Animal Planet line of toys. As part of the project, we named, wrote the copy, and created package designs for over 120 products.

The Children’s General Store

Let’s just get this out of the way: We love harlequin patterns. As part of our involvement, we created in-store signs that are both amusing and informative, helping to educate buyers while establishing a spirited sensibility throughout the retail environment.
