The Octagon

We were commissioned by this new luxury residence’s
developers to help position, brand, and advertise the Roosevelt Island
building,
which is a complete renovation of what was once the New York Lunatic
Asylum. The Octagon is one of the largest eco-friendly residential
buildings in the country and is a Silver LEED®-certified model for
sustainable design. We developed exterior leasing banners for the
building, newspaper and online advertising, a Website, office graphics,
architectural signage, and a brochure for the building, all coordinated
to present a unified message and point of view.
