Alexander Isley Inc. Directions to Connecticut office via Hutchinson/Merritt Parkways Note: Our office address is listed as Redding
but in actuality we are located in Georgetown. If your map shows Georgetown,
Connecticut, this is where to go. Don’t go to Redding. (It has
something to do with the post office and we needn’t bother getting
into it here. To further complicate matters, we are situated in a group
of businesses called Brookside Place. We are located on what the street
signs call Brookside Road but maps refer to as Brookside Avenue. Got
it?) 1. From New York City and vicinity: Take the Hutchinson River Parkway. From New Haven and vicinity: Take the Merritt Parkway. 2. Take exit 39B Danbury, Route 7 North (toward Danbury). 3. Turn left toward Danbury/Wilton. Stay on Route 7 North through Wilton and Ridgefield. 4. You will be on Route 7 for at least 15–20 minutes of drive time in which you will go through several traffic lights and follow the road as it curves and winds. 5. Look for signs for Route 57/107. At the junction of Route 7 and Route 57/107 is a traffic light with a Shell station on its far side. At this intersection there is a sign for Georgetown. 6. Make a right at this light. (If you pass the Shell station, you’ve gone too far.) 7. Follow Route 107 for 4/10 of a mile. Along the way, you’ll cross an overpass over the Metro North tracks. Take your next left after the overpass (which occurs at the 4/10 mile point past the right turn at the traffic light). There will be a stone church prior to this turn on your left. 8. At this left, there is a fork in the road. Take the road on the right, Portland Avenue. Take the first right after the firehouse, which is Brookside Road (a school is on the left corner). We are the second driveway on the left, 9 Brookside Place. (Look for a big green barn: That’s us.)
